Big hype, little substance
The location is superb, right in the middle of Myeongdong's vibrant shopping and food scene. Yet, the air-conditioning issues frustrated our stay. Despite the fantastic room layout, the towels seemed worn and cleanliness felt just short of perfect. Great access to tourist spots, yet service, particularly with room temperature control, could use significant improvement.

don’t be fooled by the location, it’s the only thing this hotel has going for it. rude staff who shout at you, and imagine having to lug your dirty laundry around because they don’t even offer laundry service. I woudl ve liked a room upgrade, but guess that’s just too much to ask here. so disapointing!

Conveniently located right in Myeongdong, we enjoyed our easy access to fantastic shops and street food. The staff were welcoming and spoke English well, which made our stay more enjoyable. Waking up to the lovely views of the Namsan Tower was a highlight for us.
In my wife’s opinion, it would be great if the rooms had better heating controls.

great location with some room for improvement
The family room was spacious and ideal for my kids. The quick access to the subway made getting around effortless! ! I loved being steps away from the vibrant Myeongdong night market, which offered a fantastic variety of street food and shopping. Additionally, the lobby was well-maintained and always clean, making a good first impression each time we entered.
The air conditioning could use better efficiency.
